Plan Zen 21 hours intensive Live:

Nov 30, Day #1: From 8:00am to 12:00pm and afternoon 1:30 to 3:30pm

Optional 9 holes in the Golf Course.

  1. Presentation of the Program:
    1. General Objetive:
      • Create a Mental and Physical Habit with our swing
      • Create and dominate a new muscle memory in our swing
      • Improve and more control of our inner game
      • Master and control our environment in the High competition
    2. The student:
      • Presentation of each student
      • What are the conditions of each student?
      • What is the expectation of each one?
    3. Understanding of face-to-face training to be performed:
      • How it will be done and the training plan to follow in the 21 hours
    4. Understanding ONLINE training at home and in the range of your club:
      • How each student links to plan 105 via Internet
    5. 21 weeks of training with evaluation of each:
      • At the end of the 5 days of each week, there will be an evaluation
    6. 105 days of OnLine training, where they will have the following topics:
      • Breathing Ki; first month 2 times per day before each Zen meditation
      • Zen meditation every day 2 times a day, (5).
      • Golf practice (5) every day at home and in range

  4. How to use Zen in Movement in Golf:
    1. Active practice to create a Memory-Energy-Muscular (3) steps

  5. Zen practice in the Swing with the Putt:
    1. Active practice with indoor and outdoor putt on the green
    2. The Routine and Pre-Routine
    3. Step between the Pre-Routine and Do it
    4. Make the swing and be effective
    5. Control the speed of the back and down swing in the swing and impac

  4. Practice zen in the swing with the Putt:
    • Active Chipping practice
    • Step between the Pre-Routine and Do it
    • Practice of swing chipping on the green
    • Control the speed of the back and down swing in the swing and impact

Dec 2, Day #3: From 8:00am to 12:00pm and afternoon from 1:30 a 3:30pm

Optional Golf play 9 holes.

  3. How to use Zen in Motion in Golf:
    • Creating a Memory – Energy – Muscular with “good form”
    • Practice how to use the Speed of Emotional Swing
    • Practice uniting the Mind; the body through the inner force Ki in the Approach
    • The environment surrounding your shot and game, to make a good decision to do it
  4. Zen practice in the swing with the Approach and ful swing;
    • Active Approach practice in different distance
    • The Routine and Pre-Routine
    • Practice full swing with Irons
    • The speed of the back and down swing

Step 1: Intensive Intensive Course of three (3) days and 21 hours of practice

Step 2: ONLINE Practices 105, where you will have

the practice of Ki Breathing, Zen Meditation, plus the technical training of acquiring a muscular memory in your swing.
