The Buen Camino is more than a physical journey; it is an inner path toward clarity, balance, and fulfillment. Through the 6-month training program at the Zen Online School, you will prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for Santiago and for daily life, creating new habits of health, energy, and serenity. Your Camino begins here.
During these 6 months of conscious practice, you will work on essential aspects of your inner development and physical preparation. Through Ki Breathing, you will learn to deepen and regulate your breath, increasing your vital energy and strengthening your inner power. With each session, you will discover how conscious breathing becomes the foundation of your balance.
Zen Meditation will guide you to a state of calm, clarity, and presence. By integrating breath and awareness, you will learn to live each moment with intention and stability.
This program is also a path of character and discipline. You will strengthen the beginner’s mind, remain open and humble, and build the consistency needed to sustain your daily practice. You will embrace conscious effort as the source of vitality and develop patience, understanding that true progress requires time, trust, and dedication.
By the end of this journey, you will not only be prepared to walk the Camino de Santiago or achieve your personal goals, but you will also have developed a deeper sense of control, serenity, and strength that will support you throughout your life.
